conCHAIRto offers a full complement of solutions that are designed to enhance comfort and value while generating revenue for our partners. In addition to chairs, we offer phone charging kiosks, sponsorship amenities, data-rich gamification/activation, viral social media stations, and more.
Starting for as little as $10 per day for attendees who reserve in advance, we price our chairs to ensure the least amount of pricing pushback. If you are looking for a custom solution/pricing, we can work with you to provide something that fits your needs.
Attendees are looking for simple and convenient comfort solutions to help them maximize their enjoyment and experience over the course of a long festival day and weekend. conCHAIRto provides the benefit of hassle-free comfortable seating… sometimes for free if part of a sponsorship program. In addition, many venues have implemented strict policies that prohibit guests from passing through security with many items that cause a safety and security risk as well as slow down check-in.
While not required, we highly recommend implementing this policy to save time for check-in and improve the efficiency, safety, and security of the festival. Many large venues already have restrictions on bringing in chairs with those benefits in mind. In addition, you can expect a higher rental rate and more overall revenue for your event.
for ATTENDEES
Not only does renting a chair from conCHAIRto reduce the hassle of lugging and keeping track of your chair while at the event, it also provides a convenient seating option at venues that restrict the use of personal chairs.
For everyone’s safety and convenience, many venues prohibit chairs from passing through the gates. conCHAIRto partners with organizers to provide a seating solution that speeds up security checks, limits contraband and ensures a uniform and viewer-friendly experience for all attendees.
A separate email with the QR-Codes will come from “conCHAIRto Shop” NOT “conCHAIRto LLC.” This is sent on the date of your original purchase as well as the day prior to your event. Be sure to also check your spam and junk folders.
If you are still having trouble, click on the original conCHAIRto chair ordering link for your specific event, re-enter your credentials, click Wallet, and click Show QR(might be multiple for multi-day purchases).
TIP: Due to potential connectivity issues at the venue site, save your QR-Codes by either sending to your personal wallet, or by creating screenshots and saving to your photos on your phone. Our technology allows for proper order tracking even if your internet isn’t working.
Yes, chairs should be returned to a conCHAIRto vendor booth, or left in designated Chair Drop Zones located within the event grounds which will vary by event.
All sales are considered final, rain or shine. conCHAIRto operates under the same policy rules as the event in question.
